[Status] Main Site is Down

The main site is once again down while servers are being rearranged to avoid the network issues encountered last week. I will update this post when its resolved.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Update (8:08 pm): The site is back online.
Update (1:09 am): There seems to be an issue with database connections. Most pages are being served through cache right now. Pages not cached may display a 500 error.
Update (9:05 am): This should all be resolved now.
